Carola Matera provides consulting services to university research projects and other institutions and foundations; and also to early childhood programs such as Head Start, Migrant & Seasonal Head Start, American Indian & Alaskan Native Head Start, public preschools, and transitional kindergarten. Carola specializes in children’s early learning and effective teaching practices for young children who are dual language learners and their families.
