Carola Matera provides consulting services to early childhood programs such as Head Start, Migrant & Seasonal Head Start, American Indian & Alaskan Native Head Start, public preschool and transitional kindergarten. Carola specializes in children’s early learning and effective teaching practices for young children who are dual language learners and their families.

Her mission is to help early childhood programs deliver high quality educational services.  In order to accomplish this, Carola focuses on preparing culturally responsive teachers and addressing dual language learning using a systemic approach to teaching.
